What is Cyber Bullying?

Cyber Bullying is a action that happened when we do a bullying 

in a social media or any other online media. As long is hurting somebody

feelings, it's call the Cyber Bullying

What happening in Dota?

One Dota players have earned some cyber bullying after a moment he said that, "It has been some time since I stopped playing Dota to personal problems, but I still have not forgotten about the pros and cons of being a part of this community". And that makes him into getting a personal matter and did not play Dota again.

My Opinion

I think us as a Dota player need to respect a newbie player. We also need to keep our behavior good and nice. So, letter on when the newbie player play Dota, he can feel convertable
